Terms and Conditions

Agreement between Celebration Ceremonies Ltd and individual(s) identified on this agreement.

The individual(s) listed below is subject to the following terms and conditions and must sign to agree with these.

1. Our Aim

1.1 Celebration Ceremonies will always aim to provide a professional, reliable and top quality service.

2. Price of Service

2.1 The price of each ceremony is as quoted and is contained within the attached quotation.

3. Payment

3.1 The client shall pay to Celebration Ceremonies Ltd a non-refundable deposit as stated below:

£50 deposit required at the consultation and booking confirmation meeting.

3.2 The balance of the agreed amount to be paid 4 weeks before the date of the ceremony.

4. Use of information / confidentiality / storage of personal information and documents

4.1 All information and personal details passed to Celebration Ceremonies Ltd by the client(s) will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except in the circumstances of the general course of business or required by law. Acceptance of these terms will be classed as the client’s permission for Celebration Ceremonies Ltd to use the client’s information in this way.

4.2 Any information given to Celebration ceremonies Ltd by the client will be dealt with in accordance with Celebration Ceremonies Ltd’s legal obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998.

4.3 Celebration ceremonies Ltd has the right to store the client’s file and all documents contained within that file for seven years after the date of the event.

Cancellation / Termination of contract

5.1 Any cancellation by the client of services provided by Celebration Ceremonies Ltd will result in loss of the deposit.

5.2 Completion of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by Celebration Ceremonies Ltd owing to circumstances or cause beyond the control of Celebration Ceremonies Ltd. In the unlikely event of this, for whatever reason, liability shall be limited to a full refund of monies paid.

6. General

6.1 Celebration ceremonies reserves the right to alter and amend these terms and conditions of business from time to time.

6.2 An acceptance of these terms and conditions of business is accepted when the client(s) signs at the bottom of this terms and conditions.
