Having managed the Bristol Registration Service for four years I met many customers who were celebrating special occasions, from the birth of their children to marriages and civil partnerships.

The one thing that stood out for me was the need for people to feel special and individual. The customers I met that wanted a personal face to face service that was bespoke to them and did not involve form-filling to establish their requirements.
